Ashley provides individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults using client centered, narrative, systemic and strengths-based approaches. Ashley is a white, cisgender female. Ashley understands the necessity for clients to feel welcome and comfortable in therapy; therefore, she strives to create an open, affirming, welcoming and supportive environment for her clients. Ashley also enjoys utilizing play and art as therapeutic tools when appropriate. Outside of Relate, Ashley can be found baking, reading, or spending time with friends and family. 

Therapeutic Modalities: Narrative therapy, family systems, play therapy, trauma-focused. 

Specialties: Ages 7+, LGBTQIA+, gender identity/exploration, trauma/PTSD.
