Abigael (Abi) is working on completing her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. At Relate, she provides office-based therapy for pre-teens, adolescents, couples, and adults. As a person of faith, she understands the importance of compassion, respect, and empathy for each human being no matter their background. In addition, as a woman of color, Abigael appreciates the significance of culturally sensitive approaches to mental health. Furthermore, as a bicultural and multilingual female, Abigael’s holistic approach to therapy encourages her to utilize different perspectives to create a safe environment that facilitates collaboration as clients navigate their journeys. Outside work, Abi enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and participating in activities such as church retreats.
