Groups Manager | Clinical Supervisor | Office-Based Therapist
Minnetonka Office

As a person who knows the impact of mental health in personal ways, Aaron recognizes the value of support and encouragement in the process of healing. As a person of faith, he realizes that the unseen has a profound impact on life. And as a clinical social worker, he values each person’s internal and external realities. In therapy, Aaron utilizes the Interpersonal Process Model, which values the insights that are birthed in the relationship between client and therapist. He enjoys working with issues of emotional regulation, stress management, and relational conflict, and finds that trauma and loss touch many of these areas. Aaron also works with families and couples when there is a sense of being off-balance and in conflict. He finds the group setting to be a particularly rich environment to process these areas as well.
