Relate therapists and counselors offer chemical assessments for adolescents and adults who want to better understand how chemical use is affecting their lives. Assessments are typically a one-time appointment with a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor.

DRUG AND ALCOHOL ASSESSMENTS

For adults and adolescents

A Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor will complete a full chemical dependency evaluation to determine the level of the client’s chemical use and will make recommendations based on their findings. To schedule a Chemical Dependency Assessment and for cost and payment options, please call the Intake Coordinator at Relate Counseling Center 952-932-7277. Relate does not offer Rule 25 assessments.
