Relate Counseling Center is a nonprofit agency located in Minnetonka, Minnesota. We provide outpatient mental and chemical health counseling services. Assessment, counseling, and consultation services are provided to individuals, couples, families, school districts, and community organizations located in the western suburbs of Minneapolis. In addition, Relate provides educational presentations on a variety of topics to organizations in the community.

- Prevent individual and family breakdown through early intervention.

- Develop community awareness of mental and chemical health issues through educational presentations.
- Partner with community organizations, schools, and government agencies to create and extend the web of support for the healthy development and success of individuals and families in the community.
Vision The vision of Relate is to be a regional counseling center of distinction, known and respected for excellence in the delivery of mental/chemical health and educational services.
Relate's funding comes from fees for service, the Greater Twin Cities United Way, the State of Minnesota, Hennepin County, the City of Minnetonka, other government agencies, grants and fund raising. Relate accepts payment from most insurance companies and offers a sliding fee for individuals who are uninsured.
